All companies and agencies registered on Fursa Saudi are legally bound to:

Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience only

Not include discriminatory language or requirements in job listings
Comply with Saudi Labor Law and Vision 2030 women empowerment goals
Not request personal information unrelated to job performance
Provide reasonable workplace accommodations when requested

Consequences of Violations

Immediate removal of the discriminatory job listing
Formal written warning issued to the employer
Temporary suspension of employer account pending investigation
Permanent ban from the platform for repeated or severe violations
Reporting to relevant Saudi governmental and labor authorities
Potential civil and legal action where applicable

Job Seeker Rights

You have the right to be evaluated solely on your qualifications and skills
You have the right to report any discriminatory job listing or employer behaviour
You have the right to request reasonable accommodations for disabilities
You have the right to receive a response to discrimination complaints within 48 hours

If you encounter any form of discrimination on our platform — from a job listing, employer, or situation — report immediately. All reports are completely confidential and investigated within 24-48 hours.
